Charities

Throughout the year we support a number of different charities and raise money through non-uniform days, cake sales and food donations. 

Each year we do a food collection during Harvest and at Christmas time we do the reverse advent calendar to support those in need. 

The EYFS and Year 2 take donations at the end of their Christmas performance to raise money for The Children's Society as they supply us with the candles and ribbons for your Christingles. 

At Christmas we support the Riverside Church with All Wrapped Up which provides families in need with presents and food vouchers at Christmas. 

As part of their RE the Year 1 children have a biscuit sale to raise money for the charity Porchlight who support homeless people in local area. 

In Year 2 we have a pirate dress up day and raise money for our local RNLI. 

During the year we also support national charities such as Children In Need and Comic Relief.
